Rationality is good, but madmen rule the world. Islam, Judaism, Christianity, various sects and communities rule the world. In all countries. This is not an exaggeration or a lie.

Believe

When
the LORD
your
God brings you into the land you are going to possess, and drives out
before you many nations—the Hittites, the Girgashites, the
Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the
Jebusites—seven nations greater and stronger than you;

when the LORD

God delivers them into your hands, and you strike them down, you
shall utterly destroy them; you shall not make a covenant with them,

And
know that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God, who keeps his
covenant and favor for a thousand generations to those who love him

who pays to the face of those who hate him, to destroy them; he will
not delay paying to the one who hates him, but will pay to his face.
And you shall keep the commandments, the laws, and the decrees that I am commanding you today to do.

If you say in your heart, “These nations are more numerous than I; how can I take their possession?”
You
shall not fear them; remember well what the Lord your God did to
Pharaoh and to all Egypt,
and
all the trials that your eyes have seen, and the signs and wonders
with which the Lord your God brought forth you, and the mighty hand
and the outstretched arm; so will the Lord your God do to all the
nations of whom you fear.
Furthermore, the Lord your God will send wasps among them until the remnant and those who are hiding are destroyed before you.
You will not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God, the great and mighty, is among you.
And the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you little by little; you cannot destroy them quickly, otherwise wild animals will multiply against you.
And the Lord your God will deliver them into your hand, and destroy them with a great slaughter until you have destroyed them.
And he will deliver their kings into your hand, and you will wipe out their names from under the heavens; until you have destroyed them, no one will stand before you.
You will burn their carved idols with fire; you will not look at the silver or gold on them, and you will not take it for yourself, lest you be caught in it; for it is hateful to the Lord your God.
And you shall not bring an abominable thing into your house, lest you become like it, cursed; You will hate him terribly, and you will be repulsed by him greatly; for he is accursed.
